1. Complete the registration form in its entirety. Be sure to:

Complete the attendee information section.
Include additional coaches on separate pages.

Provide all organization & contact information requested.

Read the payment procedures.

Read & sign the cancellation policy.

Fill out the back portion of the application if you would like to be considered for judging opportunities throughout the season.

Complete the Peabody Hotel confirmation section.
(All attendees must stay at the host hotel).
