Complete the registration form in its entirety and return it with a $25 per competitor deposit (one payment please) by April 6th, 2007. Please keep a copy of the completed form for your records and have your balance due paid in full by May 4th, 2007. On the registration form, be sure to:

  1. Read the payment procedures.
  2. Provide all organization and contact information requested.
  3. Select all of the divisions that correspond to your desired division
    (see divisions page).
  4. Complete the 'Performance Information' section by, listing each group & soloist name that will perform. Next to each performance name, be sure to indicate the division, age, number of female and male competitors.
  5. Read and sign the cancellation policy.

Complete the nomination form which includes the Nominator and Nominee information and why the nominee deserves to be named America's Top Coach.
When complete, return the form(s) by April 6th, 2007 to:

Note: A separate form must be used for each coach you nominate.

The nomination may be made in secret or with the full knowledge of the nominee(s).
Please be as thorough as you possibly can.
Upon receipt of nomination form, the nominee will be contacted to see if they accept the nomination and all other information will be sent to and secured from the nominee.

On the registration form, be sure to:
  1. Provide all requested organization and coach information.
  2. Select what coach type (Cheer or Dance).
  3. Provide a letter of recommendation and send in with the registration form.
  4. Complete the Peabody Hotel confirmation section.
    (All attendees must stay at the host hotel).
  5. Answer the three listed questions - please use another sheet of paper if needed.
  6. Upon receipt of your registration form we will send a confirmation.
  7. Interviews will be held on site, therefore coaches must be present to win.
  8. Finalists and Top Coaches will be awarded on Sunday at the Coaches Convention.
